摘  要:碳纤维连续抽油杆是一种新型材料,具有密度小、强度高、耐磨性好的特点,为此开展碳纤维连续抽油杆现场试验,以降低抽油机井悬点载荷,提高杆柱耐磨、抗拉强度以及抗腐蚀性能,降低抽油机井能耗,实现抽油机井高效、低成本运行。现场试验应用了106口井,平均最大悬点载荷下降9.87 kN,节电率达到24.39%,年节约电费97.07万元,为抽油机节能高效举升提供了新的技术途径。The carbon fiber continuous sucker rod is a new material,which has the characteristics of low density,high strength and good wear resistance.Therefore,field tests of carbon fiber continuous sucker rod are carried out to reduce the suspended point load of pumping Wells,improve the wear re-sistance,tensile strength and corrosion resistance properties of rod string,reduce energy consumption of pumping wells,and realize the high-efficiency and low-cost operation of pumping wells.The field test has been applied to 106 wells,with an average maximum suspended load reduced by 9.87 kN.Even more to the point,the average power saving rate can reach 24.39%,and the annual electricity cost saving of 970700 yuan,which provides a new technical approach for energy conservation and high-efficient lifting of pumping units.
