摘 要:随着油田的深入开发,油品物性参数、原油产量和工况参数等均发生变化,造成运行能耗大幅上升,整体能耗费用逐年增长。针对这一问题,以总运行能耗费用最低为目标函数,在考虑水力、热力计算模型的基础上,通过约束函数限制开泵方案集合,并对总传热系数及水力摩阻系数进行校正,利用蚁群算法实现从开泵方案到运行参数的整体优化。结果表明,对总传热系数和水力摩阻系数进行线性修正,修正后热力模型和水力模型的计算误差分别小于3%、5%,可满足后续优化求解的要求;优化后各热站的出口温度有所降低,全线的压能得到有效利用,全线加热炉开启数量减少3台,输油泵开启数量减少2台,合计每日可节约运行能耗0.53万元。With the in-depth development of oilfields,the physical properties of oil products,crude oil production and operating parameters have been changed,resulting in a significant increase in operating energy consumption,and the overall energy consumption cost is increased year by year.To solve this problem,taking the lowest total operating energy cost as the objective function,on the basis of the hydraulic and thermodynamic calculation models,the set of pumping schemes is restricted by constraint function,and the total heat transfer coefficient and hydraulic friction coefficient are corrected.What's more,the ant colony algorithm is used to realize the overall optimization from pumping schemes to operating parameters.The results show that when the total heat transfer coefficient and hy-draulic friction coefficient are linearly modified,the calculation errors of the thermal model and hy-draulic model are less than 3%and 5%respectively,which can meet the requirements of subsequent op-timization.After optimization,the outlet temperature of each heating station is reduced to some ex-tent,and the pressure energy of the whole line is effectively utilized.The opening number of heating furnaces of the whole line is reduced by 3 units,and the opening number of oil transfer pump is re-duced by 2 units,which saves operation energy consumption of 5300 yuan in total.
