摘  要:为了提高油田系统效率、降低能耗,从油田高能耗低效率设备或工艺为切入点,查找能耗增加的原因,运用能源管控的思路和方法,通过计量统计、在线监测、对标分析、能耗预警、措施优化的全过程能源管控,达到高效节能管理和异常有效控制的目的。结合大庆油田下属的庆新油田公司的能源管控建设与实际应用情况,总结针对油田机采系统能源管控建设的经验和有效做法,为油田企业降低能源成本、控制能耗指标、建设现代化能源管控平台及体系提供借鉴和参考。In order to improve the system efficiency of oilfield and reduce energy consumption,the ideas and methods of energy control are utilized by taking the high-energy and low-efficiency equip-ment or processes in oilfield as the entry point and taking the causes leading to the increase of energy consumption.Through measurement statistics,online monitoring,benchmarking analysis,energy consumption warning,and measure optimization,the entire process of energy control is achieved,which achieves the goal of efficient energy conservation management and abnormal effective control.Based on the energy control construction and practical application of Qingxin Oilfield Company,a subsidiary of Daqing Oilfield,the experience and effective practices of energy control construction for oilfield mechanical production systems are summarized,providing reference for oilfield enterprises to reduce energy costs,control energy consumption indicators,and build modern energy control plat-forms and systems.
