摘　　要：传统现浇混凝土建筑塔机附着施工技术存在附着支座、附着杆、附着框易干涉、难调整等问题。本文针对以上问题研发了一种塔机附着锚点预埋新工艺及可伸缩附着撑杆、多功能附着框架新技术,将附着定位套管在构件厂制作构件时进行预埋,构件运至施工现场就位后,直接在预定位置上安装附着,附着支座与夹板通过一组高强螺杆穿过预埋套管孔安装在预制构件上,再利用可伸缩撑杆与塔机附着框架相连,整体一次安装完成。实践表明:与传统技术相比,该附着技术安装简单,可节省现场抱柱焊接支座的时间2~3天,投入现场施工人员减少1/3,附着定位精准、对预制件混凝土无破坏,附着拆除无需风割等后处理工序。本技术在装配式建筑施工中有较好的推广和应用价值。In order to solve the problem of field welding or embedded bolts affecting the structural performance and low construction efficiency.By analyzing the characteristics of prefabricated buildings,the construction technology of cast-in-place concrete buildings,and the deficiencies of traditional attachment support,attachment rod and attachment frame,a new technology of tower crane attachment anchor embedding and a new technology of telescopic attachment bar and multifunctional attachment frame are developed,and the attachment positioning casing is embedded in the component factory After the piece is transported to the construction site,it is directly installed in the predetermined position.The attachment support and splint are installed on the prefabricated components through the embedded casing hole through a group of high strength screws,and then connected with the tower crane attachment frame with the retractable support bar,and the overall installation is completed in one time.The practice shows that:compared with the traditional technology,the attachment technology is simple to install,which can save the time of 2~3 days of column welding support,reduce the construction personnel by 1/3,the attachment positioning,no damage to the precast concrete,and the attachment removal without wind cutting and other post-treatment processes.This technology has a good promotion and application value in the construction of prefabricated buildings.
