摘　　要：某装配式建筑项目,由于场地条件与施工进度所限,必须采用装配式钢结构塔机基础。本文探讨了一种大型塔机装配式钢结构基础施工技术,从装配式建筑大型塔机选型、基础定位、以及装配式钢结构基础设计、安装、验收等关键施工技术进行研究。在本装配式建筑实例中,装配式塔机钢结构基础定位、组装、调整方便快捷,安装顺畅一次到位,基础平面度<1‰,工期与现浇塔机基础施工工艺相比减少2/3。实践表明,装配式钢结构塔机基础施工技术应用,不仅提高了基础施工效率、施工质量,且无预埋件后处理及地下室防水的难题。本工程使用完成后,该钢结构基础仍可循环用于下一个类似工程,其施工技术可供同行借鉴和参考。Due to the site conditions and limited construction schedule,a prefabricated construction project the prefabricated steel tower crane foundation foundation must be introduced..In this paper,a large tower machine prefabricated steel structure foundation construction technology is discussed,from the prefabricated building large tower machine selection,foundation positioning,prefabricated steel structure foundation design,installation,acceptance and other key construction technology.In this example,the basic positioning assembly adjustment is convenient and quick for a prefabricated tower crane steel construction,install smoothly once in place,foundation flatness<1‰,the construction period is reduced by 2/3 compared with the foundation construction technology of cast-in-place tower crane.The practice showed that the application of foundation construction technology of prefabricated steel structure tower crane not only improves the efficiency and quality of foundation construction,but also there will be no post-processing of embedded parts and basement waterproofing problems.After the project is completed,the steel structure foundation can still be recycled for the next similar project,and its construction technology can also be used for reference by peers.
