摘  要:某项目3台塔机在安装时发现基础预埋地脚螺栓设置不合理,导致拆塔时臂架将与建筑物发生严重干涉,由于现场场地和塔机安装高度的限制,在不降塔的情况下难以使用汽车吊完成臂架拆卸。通过转换装置在原塔机基础上分别将塔机安装角度调整30°、31°和36°,并采用有限元软件ABAQUS对使用过程中多工况下转换装置的受力进行模拟分析。结果表明,沿对角线方向施加塔机倾覆弯矩对转换装置的受力更不利,转换装置的整体应力水平均低于材料许用应力;转换梁的受力主要由剪切应力控制,塔机调整角度越小,转换梁的受力越不利。During the installation of three tower cranes in a project,it was found that the foundation embedded anchor bolts were set unreasonably,which would cause serious interference between the boom and the building in dismantlement stage.Due to the limitations of the site and the tower crane installation height,it was difficult to use the truck crane to complete the boom removal without lowering the tower.The installation angle of the tower crane is adjusted by 30°,31°and 36°respectively on the basis of the original tower crane foundation through an transfer device,and the stress of the transfer device under multiple working conditions during the construction stage is simulated and analyzed by using the finite element software ABAQUS.The results show that applying the overturning bending moment of the tower crane along the diagonal direction is more unfavorable to the stress of the transfer device,and the overall stress of the transfer device is lower than the allowable stress of the material;The stress of the transfer beam is mainly controlled by the shear stress,the smaller the adjustment angle of the tower crane is,the more unfavorable the stress of the transfer device is.
