摘 要:《建筑工程抗浮技术标准》JGJ476-2019中的一些规定存在较大的争议,成为了业界关注与讨论的热点。本文通过对该标准及其相关文献的深入学习和分析,指出了标准中存在的抗浮锚杆与抗浮桩概念混为一谈、“抗浮工程设计等级”概念不明确、稳定安全系数计算公式的荷载与抗力值态混淆且有错误、在计算承压水对隔水层的作用时隔水层自重取浮重度不合理、锚固构件的钢筋伸入抗浮板的长度太长、锚固体裂缝验算公式缺乏理论依据与实践验证、抗浮锚杆施工前对岩层裂缝的渗水率进行测试没有必要且无法实施、采用测力计监测结果作为锚杆锁定力验收标准不合理等8个问题。针对标准中存在的上述问题提出明确的建议,为日后该标准的持续完善提供了参考。There are significant controversies in some provisions of the"Technical Standards for Anti Floatation in Construction Engineering"JGJ476-2019.Through in-depth study and analysis of the standard and its related literature,this article points out 8 issues in the standard,including the confusion between the concept of anti floating anchor and anti floating piles,the unclear concept of"anti floating engineering design level",the confusion and errors in the load and resistance values of the stability and safety system calculation formula,the unreasonable floating weight of the self weight of the impermeable layer when calculating the effect of confined water on the impermeable layer,the length of the steel bars of the anchoring components extending into the anti floating plate being too long,the lack of theoretical basis and practical verification in the calculation formula for anchor solid cracks,the unnecessary and impossible implementation of testing the water permeability rate of rock layer cracks before the construction of anti floating anchor,the unreasonable use of dynamometer monitoring results as the acceptance standard for anchor bolt.Provide clear suggestions for the above issues in the standard,providing reference for the continuous improvement of the standard in the future.
