摘　　要：为做好装配式集成卫浴的防水防渗工作,结合广州市国际健康驿站集成卫浴安装工程,在装配式集成卫浴的基础上,增设集成卫浴干区铺贴地胶、湿区涂刷防水材料、密封胶封堵和湿区加装底盘改造等多道防水改造措施,优化现场的施工管理,构建装配式集成卫浴更为合理和完善的防水系统。增设多道防水改造措施的装配式集成卫浴能够保证防水措施的有效性,避免受到浸蚀,确保其内部空间安全,延长其使用寿命。本文的研究对装配式集成卫浴防水效果的提升有一定的指导意义,研究结果也为集成卫浴的防水施工工艺的优化提供一定思路。In order to do well the waterproof and anti-seepage work of assembled integrated sanitary ware,combined with the installation project of Guangzhou International Health Courier Station Integrated Sanitary Ware,on the basis of assembled integrated sanitary ware,adding multi-channel waterproofing measures such as laying adhesive in dry area of integrated sanitary ware,coating waterproof material in wet area,sealing adhesive and chassis retrofitting in wet area to optimize construction management on site,build assembly integrated bathroom more reasonable and perfect waterproof system.The assembled integrated bathroom with multi-channel waterproofing measures can ensure the effectiveness of waterproofing measures,avoid corrosion,ensure the safety of its internal space and extend its service life.The research in this paper has certain guiding significance for improving the waterproof effect of the assembly integrated sanitary ware,and the research results also provide some ideas for the optimization of the waterproof construction technology of the integrated sanitary ware.
