摘 要:开关柜在长期运行过程中可能会因触头盒电场集中导致放电甚至击穿事故,采用双屏蔽结构是改善开关柜触头盒内电场分布的有效方法。为此,以KYN28A-12开关柜为研究对象,提出了一种基于SVM-PSO混合算法的开关柜触头盒双屏蔽结构三维电场优化方法。首先,在Comsol Multiphysics中建立了开关柜的三维仿真模型,分析了接地屏蔽长度、高压屏蔽半径和长度对触头盒、接地屏蔽和高压屏蔽表面场强的影响规律;然后,构建了含触头盒、接地屏蔽和高压屏蔽表面场强3个优化目标的评价函数,采用SVM算法建立了不同接地屏蔽长度、高压屏蔽半径和高压屏蔽长度下评价函数的预测模型;最后,利用PSO算法进行评价函数的寻优,获得了触头盒双屏蔽结构参数的优化结果,并开展了三维电场仿真计算,相对误差为4.8%,验证了优化结果的正确性;优化后的触头盒在1.2Ur下的局放量为1.38 pC,验证了优化结果的有效性。研究结果为开关柜触头盒双屏蔽结构的设计和优化提供了理论依据。Discharge even breakdown accident may happen to the switchgear cabinet because of the electric field concentration of contact box during long-term operation and the use of double shield structure is an effective way to improve the electric field distribution at the contact box of the switchgear cabinet.Therefore,type KYN28A-12 switchgear cabinet is taken as the research object and a three-dimensional electric field optimization method based on SVM-PSO hybrid algorithm for the double shield structure in the contact box of the KYN28A-12 switchgear cabinet is proposed.Firstly,a three-dimensional simulation model of the switchgear cabinet is set up in the Comsol Multiphysics,and the influence of the length of earth shield,the radius and length of high voltage shield on the surface field strength of contact box,earth shield and high voltage shield are analyzed.Then,the evaluation function of the surface field strength of contact box,earth shield and high voltage shield is constructed,and a prediction model of the evaluation function with different length of earth shield,radius and length of high voltage shield are set up by SVM algorithm.Finally,the PSO algorithm is used to optimize the evaluation function to obtain the optimization result of structure parameters of the double shield in the contact box.In order to verify the correctness of the optimization result,a three-dimensional electric field simulation is developed and the relative error is 4.8%.The partial discharge of the optimized contact box under 1.2 Ur is 1.38 pC,which verifies the effectiveness of the optimized results.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of double shield in the contact box of the switchgear cabinet.
