摘 要:文中针对高压开关温升预测缺少电流同温升关系模型这一难点,首次建立导电部位稳定温升τw与电流I的数学模型,得出τw与I的变化规律,通过高压开关柜系列电流下的温升试验,验证了该模型的合理性和准确性。阐述了电器发热基本理论中温升τ与时间t关系模型的推导过程,通过高压开关柜系列电流下的温升试验,进一步研究了该模型下不同试验时间段的拟合温升规律。在温升预测应用中,按文中τw与I的数学模型,求解形成稳定温升与电流标准曲线,作为温度在线监测的判断标准,从而实现故障提前预警。In view of the difficulty of the lacking in the model of current and temperature rise relations in the temperature rise prediction of high voltage switchgear,the mathematical model of the stable temperature riseτw of the conductive position and current I is set up for the first time and the variation betweenτw and I is obtained.The rationality and accuracy of the model are verified by the temperature rise test of high voltage switchgear cabinet series.The derivation process of the relation model between temperature riseτand time t in the basic theory of heating of electrical equipment.The fitting results for the temperature rise of the model at different test periods are studied further through the temperature rise test of current of high voltage switchgear cabinet.In the application of temperature rise prediction,the stable temperature rise and current standard curve are solved and formed in accordance with the mathematical model betweenτw and I,which can be used as the judgment criteria of online monitoring of temperature so as to achieve early warning of fault.
