摘  要:磁致伸缩和麦克斯韦应力是换流变压器铁心振动的主要原因,当铁心中存在气隙时,由麦克斯韦应力引起的铁心振动不可忽略。文中基于PSCAD搭建了特高压直流输电系统仿真模型,得到了换流变压器正常工作时谐波电压和谐波电流特点。建立了3种不同铁心结构的换流变压器模型,研究了不同结构铁心的磁场和麦克斯韦应力分布特点。在此基础上,从理论上推导了麦克斯韦应力与谐波电压的数学关系,研究了不同结构铁心在基波和谐波电压共同作用下麦克斯韦应力的大小关系以及在麦克斯韦应力作用下铁心表面振动加速度大小关系。研究结果表明,与传统双接缝铁心相比,六步进接缝铁心表面振动加速度最大值减少了15.44%;改进六步进接缝铁心表面振动加速度有效值减少了26.39%,最大值减少了25.68%。可见,改进六步进接缝铁心相比于传统双接缝铁心和六步进接缝铁心具有良好的减振效果。Magnetostriction and Maxwell stress are the main causes of core vibration of converter transformer.When there is an air gap in the core,the core vibration caused by Maxwell stress cannot be ignored.In this paper,a simulation model of ultra high voltage direct current(UHVDC)transmission system is built based on PSCAD,and the characteristics of harmonic voltage and harmonic current are obtained when the converter transformer is working normally.Three converter transformer models with different core structures are established and the magnetic field and Maxwell stress distribution characteristics of different core structures are studied.On this basis,the mathematical relationship between Maxwell stress and harmonic voltage is theoretically derived,and the relationship between Maxwell stress and surface vibration acceleration of cores with different structures under the action of fundamental wave and harmonic voltage is studied.The results show that,compared with the traditional two-seam core,the six-step joint core surface vibration acceleration decreases by 15.44%.The effective vibration acceleration value of the improved six-step joint core surface is reduced by 26.39%,and the maximum value is reduced by 25.68%.It can be seen that the improved six step seam core has better vibration reduction effect than the traditional double seam core and six step seam core.
