交流GIS聚酰亚胺电极覆膜微粒抑制效果及绝缘寿命评估

摘  要:目前针对交流GIS聚酰亚胺电极覆膜微粒抑制效果及绝缘寿命评估的相关研究尚不清晰。文中针对交流GIS,首先基于金属微粒荷电机理与受力模型,搭建了电极覆膜金属微粒运动观测平台,通过观测聚酰亚胺电极覆膜的微粒抑制效果,验证了电极覆膜对微粒抑制的有效性。具体结果表明,薄膜厚度与微粒抑制效果呈正相关特性,不同厚度的聚酰亚胺薄膜对金属微粒启举电压的增幅在49%~68%。其次建立了聚酰亚胺薄膜表面放电特性与寿命测试系统,测试不同厚度实验样品的放电统计参量,明确其放电特性,进而测试不同厚度聚酰亚胺薄膜的绝缘寿命。根据实验结果可知,100μm聚酰亚胺电极覆膜在110 kV下的绝缘寿命最长,为76.86年;25μm聚酰亚胺电极覆膜在500 kV下的绝缘寿命最短,为18.63年,验证了聚酰亚胺电极覆膜的绝缘可靠性。最终基于上述实验结果,文中提出了在交流GIS中的电极覆膜敷设方案。本研究可为交流GIS电极覆膜提供指导与参考。The related research of the suppression effect and insulation life assessment of polyimide electrode-coating in AC GIS is still unclear.As for the GIS in this paper,a motion observation platform of metal particles on electrode-coating is set up firstly on the basis of the charging electrode-coating on the particle suppression.The effectiveness of the electrode-coating to particle suppression is verified by way of observing the particle suppression effect of polyimide electrode-coating.The specific results show that the film thickness and the particle inhibition effect are positively correlated,and the increase of metal particle initiation voltage for different thickness of polyimide film is in the range of 49%to 68%.Secondly,the surface discharge characteristics and life test system of polyimide film are set up.The discharge statistical parameters of different thickness test samples are tested to clarify their discharge characteristics,and then the insulation life of different thickness polyimide films is tested.It is known through experimental result that the 100μm polyimide electrode-coating under 110 kV has the longest insulation life,which is 76.86 years.While,the 25μm polyimide electrode-coating under 500 kV has the shortest insulation life,which is 18.63 years,which verifies the insulation reliability of polyimide electrode-coating.Finally,based on the above experimental results,the laying scheme of electrode coating in AC GIS is proposed in this paper and the research can provide guidance and reference for the electrode coating of AC GIS.
