摘 要:近年来电力系统内出现多起液压弹簧机构闭锁、拒动、频繁打压等问题,文中基于N变电站5113HGIS断路器频繁打压现象,阐述了液压弹簧操动机构的结构、工作原理、油路系统,对应于不同内漏故障现象归纳了可能的故障点。机构解体后发现工作缸高压、低压液压油油路之间的孔壁部位开裂,高压液压油内漏至低压油道,导致断路器合闸位置时无法保压,造成设备频繁打压。对工作缸裂纹部位形貌试验分析,结果证明铝合金基体存在内部缺陷,降低了材料的塑性及承载能力。为防止类似问题再次发生,更换了站内同批次的其他操动机构,并要求制造厂家加强制造过程的工艺管控。In recent years,the hydraulic spring operating mechanism in power system has occurred such problems as lockout,refusal operation and frequent pumping for many times.In this paper,based on the frequent pumping of 5113HGIS circuti breaker of N substation,the structure,operating principle and oil circuit system of the hydraulic spring operating mechanism are described,and the possible fault points corresponding to different internal leakage fault phenomenon are summarized.It is found after disassembly of the operating mechanism that the hole wall between high-pressure and low-pressure hydraulic oil passage of working cylinder is cracked,the high pressure hydraulic oil is leaked to the low pressure oil passage,causing the pressure can not be maintained when the circuit breaker is at closed position and causing frequent pumping of the equipment.It is proved by the morphology test analysis result of the crack position of the working cylinder that the aluminum alloy matrix has internal defects,which reduces the plasticity and carrying capacity of the material.For preventing reoccurrence of similar problems,other operating mechanisms of the same batch in the substation are replaced and the manufacturer is required to strengthen the process control of the manufacturing process.
