摘  要:液舱晃荡是LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)船设计中需要考虑的关键因素之一,晃荡现象除了会影响船舶的稳定性之外,还会损坏船体结构。为了能够有效地抑制液舱的晃荡,本文提出一种新型的DBA(Different Baffle Angle)隔板结构,重点考虑最危险载液率条件下,液舱发生晃荡共振时,不同转角及尺寸DBA隔板的制荡效果。通过对比晃荡波幅极值、壁面压强曲线、流场速度幅值以及液体的流动状态,甄选出最优隔板的结构形式。研究发现,DBA隔板会导致液舱的固有频率发生突变,诱导产生的涡旋可以有效地消耗激励频率附近的能量,当翼缘隔板与底部隔板长度相等且转角为60°时,DBA隔板制荡的效果最佳。Liquid sloshing is one of the key factors to be considered in LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)carrier design.Sloshing will not only affect the ship stability,but also damage the hull structure.In order to restrain the sloshing in a liquid tank effectively,a new type of DBA(Different baffle Angle)baffle structure was proposed in this paper,considering the sloshing effect of DBA baffles with different angles and sizes under the condition of the most dangerous liquid-loading rate when the sloshing resonance occurs in the tank.By comparing the extreme amplitude,wall pressure,velocity amplitude of flow field and the flow status of liquid,an optimal structure of the baffle was selected.It is found that DBA baffle can cause the natural frequency of tank to increase suddenly,and the generated vortex can effectively consume the energy near the excitation frequency.When the length of the flange baffle is equal to that of the bottom baffle and the rotation angle is 60°,the DBA baffle has the best oscillation control effect.
