摘  要:为避免光功率过度损失,保证光纤信号的准确对接,研究基于光功率探测的光纤熔接机光纤对准控制技术。根据光功率探测原则调整光纤结构连接形式,联合本征因素、非本征因素的数值计算结果,实现基于光功率探测的光纤熔接损耗量统计。建立纤芯边缘追踪表达式,通过求解光纤拟合度指标数值,确定几何对准系数的取值范围,实现对光纤熔接机光纤的对准与控制处理。实验结果表明,基于光功率探测的控制方法可以将光纤信号对接角度偏差控制在15°之内,能够有效解决因信号对接准确度过低而造成的光功率过度损失问题。In order to avoid excessive loss of optical power and ensure the accurate connection of optical fiber signals,the optical fiber alignment control technology of optical fiber fusion splicer based on optical power detection is studied.According to the principle of optical power detection,the optical fiber structure and connection form are adjusted,and the numerical calculation results of intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors are combined to realize the statistics of optical fiber fusion loss based on optical power detection.The core edge tracking expression is established,and the value range of the geometric alignment coefficient is determined by solving the value of the optical fiber fitting index,so as to realize the alignment and control processing of the optical fiber of the optical fiber fusion splicer.The experimental results show that the control method based on optical power detection can control the optical fiber signal docking angle deviation within 15°,which can effectively solve the problem of excessive optical power loss caused by low signal docking accuracy.
