人格特质对竹农技术采纳行为的影响研究 --以土壤退化防治技术为例

摘　　要：【目的】为研究竹农人格特质,如个人意志和行为在竹林土壤退化防治技术采纳这一过程中所产生的作用。【方法】该文基于内外控人格特质理论,采用178份竹农的实地调研数据对竹林土壤退化防治技术采纳行为使用Probit模型进行实证分析,并用IVprobit模型进行稳健性检验。【结果】内外控人格特质与农户技术采纳行为显著相关,相较于外控者,内控者更加倾向于采纳土壤退化防治技术。【结论】据此,建议政府部门在推广先进农业技术时充分考虑农户的内外控人格特质,从而在对农户进行相关技术培训和宣传时能够精准施策。【Objective】In order to study the role of bamboo farmers’personality traits,such as individual will and behavior,in the process of adopting bamboo soil degradation control technology.【Method】This paper,based on internal and external control personality trait theory,adopts 178 field survey data of bamboo farmers to conduct empirical analysis on the adoption behavior of bamboo soil degradation control technology by using Probit model.The robustness test was carried out with IVprobit model.【Result】The results showed that the personality traits of internal and external control were significantly correlated with farmers’technology adoption behaviors.Compared with the external control group,the internal control group was more inclined to adopt soil degradation control technology.【Conclusion】Therefore,it is suggested that the government departments should fully consider the farmers internal and external control personality traits when they promote advanced agricultural technologies,so as to implement precise policies in carrying out relevant technical training and publicity to farmers.
