摘  要:分析了甲醇制烯烃(MTO)技术副产资源的不同利用方案,以期通过提高对MTO技术副产资源的利用来提高MTO项目的竞争力。重点分析了通过配套蒸汽裂解装置处理MTO技术副产乙烷和丙烷以增产乙烯和丙烯来提高全厂双烯收率技术,通过配套烯烃催化裂解、烯烃歧化、烯烃异构化等装置处理MTO技术副产的混合C_(4)、混合C_(5)以增产乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯来提高全厂目标产品的收率。在此基础上进一步比较了不同技术组合方案的优缺点。通过上述措施可实现MTO技术副产资源的高效合理利用,从而提高MTO项目的竞争力。This paper briefly introduces different utilization schemes of by-product resources in methanol to olefin(MTO)technology to further improve the comprehensive benefits of MTO projects.By supporting steam cracking unit to treat the by-products ethane and propane of MTO unit,the yields of ethylene and propylene in the whole plant is increased.By supporting olefin catalytic cracking,olefin disproportionation,olefin isomerization and other units to treat the by-products mixed C_(4) and mixed C_(5) of MTO unit to increase production ethylene,propylene,1-butene,the yield of target products in the whole plant is increased.On the basis of the above,the advantages and disadvantages of different combination schemes of technologies are further compared.By implementing the above proposed measures,by-product resources of MTO technology can be supposed to be utilized efficiently and reasonably,thereby improving the competitiveness of MTO projects.
