摘 要:克劳斯硫磺回收装置液硫脱气后,液硫池内含硫、含氧废气通常引入焚烧炉焚烧,导致外排烟气SO_(2)浓度大幅增加,存在环保超标风险。为实现含硫废气治理和资源化利用,开展了新型抗氧化低温尾气加氢催化剂研制与评价,考察了催化剂的物化性质、催化活性以及耐氧性等指标。反应器进口原料尾气中氧气体积分数可以达到1%,基于新型加氢催化剂优异的催化活性及耐氧性,开发了液硫池废气回收至加氢反应器的新工艺技术,反应器床层温升较常规工艺提高约36℃,有机硫水解转化率达到100%。2019年,该技术首次应用于普光气田200 kt/a两级常规克劳斯硫磺回收装置。结果表明,新型抗氧化低温尾气加氢催化剂各项性能与进口催化剂持平,耐氧性能满足大型硫磺回收装置含氧液硫池废气资源化转化需求,烟气SO_(2)排放量降幅在50%以上,排放浓度低于200 mg/m^(3)。For most Claus sulfur recovery units,the sulfur-containing and oxygen-containing waste gases from liquid sulfur pool are usually introduced into the incinerator for incineration,resulting in a significant increase in the concentration of SO_(2) in the discharged flue gas,posing a risk of exceeding environmental standards.In order to achieve the treatment and resource utilization of sulfur-containing waste gas,a new type of antioxidant low-temperature tail gas hydrogenation catalyst has been developed and evaluated.The physical and chemical properties,catalytic activity,and oxygen resistance indicators have been examined.The oxygen volume fraction in the imported feedstock tail gas of the reactor can reach 1%.Based on the excellent catalytic activity and oxygen resistance of the new hydrogenation catalyst,a new process technology for recovering waste gas from liquid sulfur pool to the hydrogenation reactor has been developed.The temperature rise of the reactor bed is about 36℃higher than that of the conventional process,and the organic sulfur hydrolysis conversion rate reaches 100%.In 2019,the technology was first applied to a 200,000 TPY two-stage conventional Claus sulfur recovery unit in Puguang Gas Field.The results show that the performance of the new antioxidant low-temperature tail gas hydrogenation catalyst is comparable to that of imported catalysts,and its oxygen resistance meets the demand for resource conversion of waste gas from oxygen-containing liquid sulfur pool in large sulfur recovery units.The reduction in SO_(2) emissions from flue gas is over 50%,and the emission concentration is below 200 mg/m^(3).This technology can be promoted and applied in similar sulfur recovery units.
