摘  要:针对大型分段船体自动化喷涂车间喷涂作业时产生大量毒害气体以及固体颗粒物,难以进行实时喷涂情况的监测,以及喷涂现场实例数据与工艺系统性能不匹配导致成膜质量差等问题,提出基于数字孪生技术的智能监测方法。建立数字孪生五维模型的系统架构及孪生模型,采用模型数据驱动技术,提出针对喷涂膜厚的数字孪生建模新方法。通过实验-仿真比对验证,该数字孪生系统能够高度还原喷涂膜厚及其均匀性。结合喷涂过程循环迭代的特点,通过累积、处理现场数据,可在加工前、加工时、加工后对喷涂工艺参数进行迭代优化,提高喷涂效率与喷涂质量。In view of the large amount of toxic gases and solid particles produced during the spraying operation in the automatic spraying workshop of large segmented hull,it is difficult to monitor the real-time spraying,and the problem of the poor film-forming quality caused by the mismatch between the actual spraying data and the performance of the process system,the intelligent monitoring method based on digital twin technology was proposed.The system architecture of digital twin 5D model and twin model were established,the model data-driven technology were used,and the new digital twin modeling method for spraying film thickness was emphatically proposed.Through experiments and simulation comparison,the digital twin system can highly restore the spraying film thickness and its uniformity.Combined with the characteristics of cyclic iteration of spraying process,through accumulating and processing field data,the system can iteratively optimize the spraying process parameters before,during and after processing,so as to improve the spraying efficiency and spraying quality.
