摘 要:为了研制一款适用于纯水介质的双向液压锁,针对纯水介质带来的气蚀破坏,从流场控制的角度出发,设计出3种结构改进方案,并运用CFD技术对各阀道在不同阀口开度条件下的气穴现象进行仿真,从而得出各阀道在抑制气穴方面的性能水平。为保证研究的可靠性,搭建纯水介质双向液压锁实验台进行实验验证。研究结果表明:阀口结构的优化设计对于抑制气穴具有明显效果,其中改进方案1在4种阀道结构中具有最好的防气穴能力,防气穴水平相较于传统阀道结构提高了约50%,使气穴现象得到极大抑制,降低了双向液压锁的气蚀破坏。In order to develop a bidirectional hydraulic lock suitable for pure water medium,aiming at the cavitation damage caused by pure water medium,three structural improvement schemes were designed from the perspective of flow field control,and CFD technology was used to simulate the cavitation phenomenon of each valve channel under different valve opening conditions,so as to obtain the performance level of various valve channels in suppressing cavitation.In order to ensure the reliability of the study,a bidirectional hydraulic lock experimental platform for pure water medium was built for experimental verification.The research results show that the optimization design of valve port structure has obvious effect on suppressing cavitation.Among them,the improvement scheme 1 has the best cavitation prevention ability among the four valve channel structures.The cavitation prevention level is about 50%higher than that of the traditional valve channel structure,which greatly suppresses the cavitation phenomenon and reduces the cavitation damage of the bidirectional hydraulic lock.
