摘　　要：在实战化大练兵背景下对公安院校特警体能训练进行研究,剖析特警体能训练存在的问题,为高质量发展特警体能训练提供优化路径,能够在维护国家安全、国民安全、传统安全和非传统安全中发挥不可替代的作用。研究运用问卷调查、专家访谈、实地调研等方法,发现实战化大练兵背景下公安院校特警体能训练存在训练体系不适应实战练兵提出的新要求和新挑战,课程设计不适应运动训练规律和生物适应规律,教师专业素质和能力不适应新时代特警人才培养需要等问题,提出了重审科研内容,优化特警体能训练体系;重构教学内容,优化特警体能教学策略;重塑“引育”观念,优化特警体能师资队伍建设等优化路径。Under the background of actual combat training,this paper studies physical training for special policemen in police academies in order to analyze its existing problems and provide the optimization paths for its high-quality development,which can play an irreplaceable role in safeguarding national security,public security,traditional security and non-traditional security.Through the methods of questionnaire investigation,expert interview and field research,it is found that the physical training system is not adaptable to the new requirements and challenges in actual combat training,the curriculum design cannot fit the rules of sports training and biological adaptation,teachers’professional qualities and abilities cannot meet the needs of talent training in the new era.It proposes the optimization paths of re-examining scientific research content,perfecting physical training system,reconstructing teaching content,optimizing teaching strategies of physical training,reshaping the concept of“induction and cultivation”and improving the construction of teacher groups.
