摘  要:本文对航空用CPTi丝材冷变形量对其组织性能的影响进行了研究。试验结果表明:坯料经过58%的冷变形后,材料的组织变化明显,组织细化程度高,随后再采用660℃60 min,AC的退火后,我们可以观察到材料的边部和心部组织更加均匀一致。当冷变形量≤30%时抗拉强度指标可以控制在480 MPa左右屈服强度指标控制在320MPa左右,可以初步断定冷变形量为30%时是将强度指标控制在480 MPa以下的冷变形量控制点。对于同一坯料的情况下丝材的生产中无论采用冷或热加工方式对其变形后的性能变形规律没有影响。但很明显冷变形对坯料的强度贡献比热变形大。退火后的坯料冷变形量10%左右或者热变形20%左右时并在660℃/60 min,AC的热处理制度下坯料的抗拉强度可以控制在430~480 MPa的窄小范围内。In this paper,the effect of cold deformation on the microstructure and properties of CPTi wire for aviation was studied.The test results show that the microstructure of the billet changes obviously after 58% cold deformation,and the degree of microstructure refinement is high.After annealing at 660℃ for 60 min and AC,we can observe that the microstructure of the side and the heart of the material is more uniform.When the cold deformation is less than 30%,the tensile strength index can be controlled at about 480 MPa and the yield strength index can be controlled at about 320 MPa.It can be preliminatively concluded that when the cold deformation amount is 30%,it is the control point of the cold deformation amount below 480 MPa.In the case of the same billet,whether cold or hot working method is adopted in the production of wire material,the deformation law of its properties after deformation is not affected.However,it is obvious that the contribution of cold deformation to the strength of billet is greater than that of hot deformation.When the cold deformation of the annealed billet is about 10% or the hot deformation is about 20% and at 660℃/60 min,the tensile strength of the billet under AC heat treatment system can be controlled in a narrow range of 430~480 MPa.
