摘　　要：本文介绍一种玻封用铁素体不锈钢线材的制备方法及组织性能研究。采用“电炉+炉外精炼”方式冶炼,轧制开坯,高速线材轧制生产;通过对比不同退火工艺下的组织、性能,确定最佳退火工艺;进行拉拔试验研究其冷加工性能。This paper introduces the preparation method and microstructure properties of a ferritic stainless steel wire for glass sealing.The processes are adopted such of"electric furnace+external refining"smelting,blooming by rolling,high-speed wire rolling production;The optimal annealing process is determined by comparing the microstructure and properties of the steel at different annealing processes;The drawing tests are conducted to study the cold working performance of the steel.
