摘  要:以空壳型小晶粒ZSM-5分子筛为载体,采用常温浸渍抽滤工艺负载活性组分Mo,通过无黏结剂喷雾成型工艺合成甲烷芳构化催化剂Mo/ZSM-5,对催化剂进行了形貌表征和热重分析,并在流化床中试评价装置上考察其反应性能。结果表明:ZSM-5分子筛呈空壳型,晶粒粒径为200~500 nm,有利于缩短反应时间;焙烧升温速度过快会使催化剂强度降低;催化剂Mo/ZSM-5的甲烷转化率保持在15%以上,相比于进口催化剂具有较好的反应活性和稳定性。The methane aromatization catalyst Mo/ZSM-5 was synthesized through the binder free spray molding process by using hollow shell type small crystal ZSM-5 molecular sieve as carrier,and the active component Mo was loaded by room temperature impregnation and filtration process.The catalyst was characterized by morphology and thermogravimetric analysis,and its reaction performance was investigated by the fluidized bed pilot plant.The results showed that ZSM-5 molecular sieve exhibited an empty shell structure with the grain size of 200-500 nm,which was beneficial for shortening the reaction time.Excessive heating rate could reduce the strength of the catalyst during the calcination process.The methane conversion rate of Mo/ZSM-5 catalyst remained above 15%,which had better reaction activity and stability compared to the imported catalyst.
