摘  要:开发出一种高收率和高纯度二异丁烯的生产工艺。该工艺的主要特点为以高纯度异丁烯为原料,饱和轻烃为惰性组分,采用管式反应器、膨胀床反应器、催化蒸馏塔串级反应耦合流程,水及叔丁醇作为叠合反应的复合抑制剂。Aspen Plus模拟结果表明:异丁烯转化率为99.71%,产品中二异丁烯收率为93.59%,质量分数不低于99.5%。A production process for high yield and high purity diisobutylene was developed.The main characteristics of this process were as follows:using high-purity isobutylene as feed,saturated light hydrocarbons as inert components and water and tert-butanol as composite inhibitors for the dimerization reaction with a sequentially connected tubular reactor,an expanded bed reactor,and a catalytic distillation column coupling process.Simulated by Aspen Plus software,the conversion rate of isobutylene was 99.71%,and the yield of diisobutylene in the product was 93.59%with the mass fraction of no less than 99.5%.
