摘 要:分析了高硫原料对加氢裂化装置运行的不利影响,利用Aspen HYSYS软件建立了系统模型,对增设循环氢脱硫系统前后的主要含硫物料H_(2)S含量、H_(2)S平衡以及贫胺液用量等关键参数进行了模拟计算。结果表明:通过增设循环氢脱硫系统,使循环氢中H_(2)S体积分数降低94.5%,主要含硫物料H_(2)S含量均大幅下降;汽提塔蒸汽用量由3.30 t/h降至2.20 t/h,实现了轻、重石脑油的合理切割;循环氢脱硫系统总投资1900万元,创效865万元/a,投资回收期为2.33 a。The adverse effects of high sulfur feed stock on the operation of hydrocracking unit were analyzed,and a system model was established by using Aspen HYSYS software.The key parameters such as H_(2)S content of main sulfur-containing materials,H_(2)S balance and the amount of lean amine solution were simulated before and after the addition of recycle hydrogen desulfurization system.The results showed that the volume fraction of H_(2)S in recycle hydrogen was reduced by 94.5%,and the content of H_(2)S in main sulfur-containing materials was greatly reduced.The steam consumption of stripper was reduced from 3.30 t/h to 2.20 t/h,and the reasonable cutting of light and heavy naphtha was realized.The total investment of the recycle hydrogen desulfurization system was 19 million yuan,creating benefits of 8.65 million yuan/a,and the payback period was 2.33 a.
