摘  要:聚丙烯作为通用型塑料广泛应用于各个领域,但其易老化的特性会使得材料性能受到影响。该文基于阿伦尼乌斯方程,推算出阻燃聚丙烯在工作温度85℃下的服役寿命可达到17.32年,相对热指数(RTI)为88.8℃,同时在热老化过程中阻燃聚丙烯的燃烧性能表现稳定。通过热重分析(TGA)所得到的聚丙烯热老化寿命随着升温速率的增加或氧气浓度的降低,其热分解温度呈上升趋势,该方法所得结果可作为评估材料老化状态的重要参考指标。失效机理研究显示,阻燃聚丙烯的热老化失效源于抗氧剂168的损失和聚丙烯的分解,其中聚丙烯更易发生分解失效。Polypropylene(PP)as a general plastic is widely used in variousfields,but its aging characteristics will affect the material properties.Herein,based on the Arrhenius equation,it is calculated that the service life offlame retardant PP can reach 17.32 years at the working temperature of 85°C,and the relative thermal index(RTI)is 88.8℃.At the same time,the combustion performance offlame retardant polypropylene is stable during thermal aging.The thermal aging life of PP was evaluated by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).With the increase of heating rate or the decrease of oxygen concentration,the thermal decomposition temperature of PP increased.The results obtained by this method can be used as an important reference index to evaluate the aging state of materials.The failure mechanism study shows that the thermal aging failure offlame retardant PP is due to the loss of antioxidant 168 and the decomposition of PP,in which the decomposition failure of PP occurs preferentially.
