摘 要:以三元无规共聚聚丙烯作为基体,利用复合助剂体系制备了低摩擦镀铝膜热封层聚丙烯专用料,考察了助剂对聚丙烯树脂和流延膜性能的影响。结果表明,新助剂体系显著提高了聚丙烯树脂的耐热氧老化性能,在200℃下的氧化诱导时间为11.2min,聚丙烯流延膜(CPP)的晶点数量少,具有优异的高透明性,起始热封温度降低至111℃,摩擦系数降低至0.8以下。Low coefficient of friction special polypropylene resin for seal layer of vacuum metallized cast polypropylenefilm was prepared with a complex additive,polypropylene terpolymer as matrix material.The effects of the additives on the properties of polypropylene resins and castfilms were investigated.It was showed that the new complex additive significantly increased the high temperature resistance,the oxidation resistance and the aging resistance of polypropylene resin,and the oxidation induction time at 200℃was 11.2min.The cast polypropylene(CPP)had low number of crystal particles and outstanding transparency.The initiating sealing temperature of CPP was decreased to 111℃and the coefficient of friction was less than 0.8.
