摘  要:采用生产装置常用的3种催化剂(A、B、C)分别开展丙烯聚合小试实验,利用温度-活性曲线、聚合物的熔融指数(MFR)、粒径分布、堆积密度和等规度研究不同反应温度对Z-N催化剂聚合性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着温度的增加,聚合反应压力增大,聚合反应平衡温度控制精准,3种催化剂制备聚合物的MFR均随温度升高而增大,而3种催化剂活性变化不同,催化剂A和催化剂C聚合活性先增大后不变,催化剂B聚合活性呈增大趋势。实验条件下,3种催化剂聚合物堆积密度均≥0.38g/cm~3,等规度均≥97%,且聚合物颗粒粒径分布主要集中在10~60目。Propylene polymerization experiments were carried out using three catalysts(A,B and C)commonly used in production units.The effect of different reaction temperatures on the polymerization performance of Z-N catalyst was studied by using temperature-activity curve,melt index(MFR)of polymer,particle size distribution,bulk density and isotacticity.The experimental results show that with the increase of temperature,the polymerization pressure increases,the polymerization equilibrium temperature is precisely controlled,the MFR of polymer prepared by the three catalysts increases with the increase of temperature,while the activity of the three catalysts changes differently,the polymerization activity of catalyst A and C increasesfirst and then remains unchanged,and the polymerization activity of catalyst B increases.Under the experimental conditions,the bulk density of the polymer of the three catalysts was≥0.38 g/cm3,the isotacticity was≥97%,and the particle size distribution of the polymer was mainly concentrated in 10~60 meshes.
