摘  要:当前市售的皮革制品中存在大量仿皮革的人造革制品,采用传统的经验目测和手感检验等手段难以正确区分皮革和人造革产品的材质,因此,借助现代分析仪器手段对其进行鉴别具有重要的应用价值。该研究利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对送检的皮革样品材质定性鉴别。试验结果表明,使用傅立叶衰减全反射红外光谱法(ATR-FTIR)分析皮革的材质,具有检出速度快、灵敏度高、所用试样量少和准确度高等优点。At present,there are a large number of leather like artificial leather products in the leather products on the market.It is difficult to correctly distinguish the materials of leather and artificial leather products by means of traditional experience visual inspection and hand feeling inspection.Therefore,it has important application value to identify them by means of modern analytical instruments.In this paper,the qualitative identification of leather samples by Fourier transform infrared spectromete was studied.The result indicates that this method(ATR-FTIR)has some advantages such as quick analyzing speed,high sensitivity,demand for small samples,smaller disturbance and high accuracy ect.
