摘  要:通过动态剪切流变试验(DSR)和弯曲蠕变劲度试验(BBR)研究了胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青的高低温流变性能,并在此基础上通过高低温、水稳定性和抗疲劳性能等一系列试验对复合改性沥青混合料的路用性能进行研究,并以4.5%SBS作为对照组。研究结果表明,胶粉/SBS能有效改善沥青的高温抗变形能力和低温应力松弛能力,综合沥青高低温流变性能及经济性,推荐了3%SBS+15%胶粉、2.5%SBS+18%胶粉、2%SBS+20%胶粉等3个组合方案;胶粉/SBS复合改性后明显提高了沥青混合料高温抗车辙性能、低温抗裂能力、抗水损害性能和抗疲劳性能,推荐最佳组合为2.5%SBS+18%胶粉。The high and low temperature rheological properties of rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt were studied through dynamic shear rheological test(DSR)and bending creep stiffness test(BBR),and on this basis,the road performance of composite modified asphalt mixture was studied through a series of high and low temperature,water stability and fatigue resistance tests,and 4.5%SBS was used as the control group.The research results show that rubber powder/SBS can effectively improve the high temperature deformation resistance and low temperature stress relaxation ability of asphalt.Considering the high and low temperature rheological properties and economy of asphalt,3%SBS+15%rubber powder,2.5%SBS+18%rubber powder,2%SBS+20%rubber powder are recommended.The compound modification of rubber powder/SBS can significantly improve the high-temperature rutting resistance,low-temperature cracking resistance,water damage resistance and fatigue resistance of asphalt mixture.The best combination is 2.5%SBS+18%rubber powder.
