摘 要:选取制造输电塔架钢构件常用的Q345钢板作基材,采用浸锌技术和磷化技术分别制备锌镀层、锌系磷化膜,并分别采用钝化工艺和涂覆溶胶方法对锌镀层和锌系磷化膜后处理。分析了不同膜层的表面形貌和厚度,并设计自然气候老化试验、实验室加速老化试验和实验室加速腐蚀试验测试和评价了不同膜层的抗老化与耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:不同膜层的形貌特征存在差异,锌镀层和钝化后锌镀层都较平整光滑,覆溶胶锌系磷化膜与锌系磷化膜相比结构更致密;钝化处理使得锌镀层增厚,明显提高了锌镀层的抗老化与耐腐蚀性能;涂覆溶胶处理对锌系磷化膜的厚度无显著性影响,但是覆溶胶锌系磷化膜中孔洞很少,较锌系磷化膜表现出良好的抗老化与耐腐蚀性能。The Q345 steel plate commonly used in the manufacture of transmission tower steel components was selected as the substrate,and zinc coating and zinc phosphating film were respectively prepared on its surface by zinc immersion technique and phosphating technique.The zinc coating and zinc phosphatingfilm were post-treated by passivation process and coating sol method respectively.The surface morphology and thickness of differentfilms were analyzed,and the aging resistance and corrosion resistance of differentfilms were tested and evaluated by natural climate aging experiment,laboratory accelerated aging experiment and laboratory accelerated corrosion experiment.The results show that the morphology characteristics of differentfilms are different.Both zinc coating and the zinc coating after passivation are smooth,while the structure of the zinc phosphatingfilm coated with sol is denser than that of zinc phosphatingfilm.Passivation treatment can increase the thickness of zinc coating,and then obviously improves the aging resistance and corrosion resistance of zinc coating.Coating sol treatment has no significant effect on the thickness of zinc phosphatingfilm,but there are few holes in the zinc phosphatingfilm coated with sol,which exhibits better aging resistance and corrosion resistance than that of zinc phosphatingfilm.
