摘  要:选取制造电力金具常用的ZL101A铝合金作为基体,采用不同成分的电解液进行阳极氧化实验,旨在提高铝合金材质电力金具的耐腐蚀与抗老化性能。实验结果表明:采用硫酸电解液、草酸电解液和混合酸电解液制备的阳极氧化膜形貌特征存在差异,但是都表现出良好的抗紫外光老化性能;与硫酸阳极氧化膜和草酸阳极氧化膜相比,混合酸阳极氧化膜整体腐蚀溶解程度轻,表面较均匀致密且相对更厚(达到15μm),表现出优异的耐腐蚀与抗老化性能;混合酸阳极氧化膜在干湿交替环境中的腐蚀速率仅为6.24×10~(-3)mg/(cm~2·h),与ZL101A铝合金相比降低了约74%,能对ZL101A铝合金起到理想的表面改性作用。ZL101A aluminum alloy,which was commonly used for manufacturing electric power fittings,was selected as the substrate,and it was anodized using different components of electrolyte,aiming at improving the corrosion resistance and aging resistance of electric powerfittings made of aluminum alloy.The experimental results show that the morphology characteristics of the anodizedfilms respectively prepared by sulfuric acid electrolyte,oxalic acid electrolyte and mixed acid electrolyte are different,but they show good ultraviolet aging resistance.Compared with sulfuric acid anodizedfilm and oxalic acid anodizedfilm,the overall corrosion dissolution degree of mixed acid anodizedfilm is lighter,the surface is more uniform and dense and the thickness is larger(up to 15μm),showing excellent corrosion resistance and aging resistance.The corrosion rate of the mixed acid anodizedfilm in dry and-3 wet alternating environment is only 6.24×10 mg/(cm2•h),which is about 74%lower than that of ZL101A aluminum alloy,and it can play an ideal role in surface modification of ZL101A aluminum alloy.
