摘 要:分别将一定的玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯纤维进行单掺制备桥梁用高性能混凝土,采用冻融循环试验和三点弯曲疲劳试验,探讨了不同类型纤维对桥梁高性能混凝土抗冻及抗疲劳耐久性的影响规律。结果表明:玄武岩纤维和聚丙烯纤维在高性能混凝土中均能形成稳定的网状支撑结构,促进荷载应力传递、分散及协调,增强高性能混凝土的抗冻耐久性;两种纤维在高性能混凝土中都能起到良好的桥接分散、增韧阻裂等作用,抑制了混凝土结构的疲劳损伤开裂,有利于高性能混凝土抗疲劳耐久性的提升;综合高性能混凝土的抗冻、抗疲劳耐久性试验结果可知,因聚丙烯纤维的弹性模量高于玄武岩纤维,其与水泥胶凝材料的黏结效果更好,故改善高性能混凝土耐久性能的效果更优。A certain amount of basalt fiber and polypropylene fiber are separately mixed to prepare high performance concrete for bridge.By the freeze-thaw cycle test and three-point bending fatigue test,the influence of different types offibers on the frost resistance and fatigue resistance durability of high performance concrete for bridge was discussed.The results show that both basaltfiber and polypropylenefiber can form a stable mesh supporting structure in high performance concrete,promote the transmission,dispersion and coordination of load stress,and enhance the frost resistance durability of high performance concrete.The two kinds offibers can play a good role in the high performance concrete,such as bridging and dispersion,toughening and crack resistance,restraining the fatigue damage and cracking of the concrete structure,which is conducive to the improvement of the anti fatigue durability of the high performance concrete.Based on the results of frost resistance and fatigue resistance durability tests of high performance concrete,it can be seen that the effect of improving the durability of high performance concrete is better because the elastic modulus of polypropylenefiber is higher than basaltfiber,and its bonding effect with cement cementitious materials is better.
