泡沫碳复合材料的制备及其污染治理降解效果研究

摘  要:为了实现水中和土壤中污染物的协同治理效果,采用高温碳还原反应制备了泡沫碳负载纳米粒子的纳米零价铁@掺氮泡沫碳复合材料(nZVI@NCF),对比分析了胺化松果粉(N-PP)、四氧化三铁纳米颗粒(Fe_3O_4 NPS)、nZVI@NCF和掺氮泡沫碳(NCF)的显微形貌、物相组成,以及对环境污染物的降解效果。结果表明,经过煅烧处理的nZVI@NCF复合材料,表面整体呈现蜂窝状,且局部可以观察到纳米颗粒在表面和微孔中富集;nZVI@NCF复合材料的饱和磁化值约为42.98emu/g,表明经过煅烧处理的nZVI@NCF复合材料具有超顺磁性,Fe_3O_4 NPS已经完全还原且被包覆在NCF中,金属纳米粒子已成功负载。从环保、成本控制和降解效果角度出发,nZVI@NCF去除Cd(Ⅱ)和萘(NAP)适宜的反应条件是:pH值为7、PMS浓度为0.3 mol/L,nZVI@NCF浓度为100 mg/L。nZVI@NCF复合材料对土壤和环境的污染修复具有良好效果,可以有效降低土壤和植物中有效态Cd,并形成促进植物生长的有效态Fe。In order to achieve the synergistic treatment effect of pollutants in water and soil,the nano zero valent iron@nitrogen doped foam carbon composites(nZVI@NCF)loaded with foam carbon nanoparticles were prepared by high-temperature carbon reduction reaction.The micromorphology,phase composition and degradation effect of environmental pollutants of aminated pine nut powder(N-PP),ferric oxide nanoparticles(Fe3O4 NPS),nZVI@NCF and nitrogen doped foam carbon(NCF)were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the surface of the calcined nZVI@NCF composite was honeycombed,and the enrichment of nano particles in the surface and micropores was observed locally;The saturation magnetization value of nZVI@NCF composite is about 42.98 emu/g,which shows that the calcined nZVI@NCF composite has superparamagnetism,and the side shows that Fe3O4 NPS has been completely reduced and coated in NCF,and metal nanoparticles have been successfully loaded.From the perspective of environmental protection,cost control and degradation effect,the suitable reaction conditions for the removal of Cd(II)and naphthalene(NAP)by NZVI@NCF are:the pH is 7,PMS concentration is 0.3 mol/L,and nZVI@NCF concentration is 100 mg/L.The nZVI@NCF composite has good effects on the remediation of soil and environment pollution,which can effectively reduce the available Cd in soil and plants,and form the available Fe that promotes plant growth.
