摘　　要：开发新型功能化双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)薄膜,已经成为BOPP薄膜企业提高竞争力的重要发展方向。涂层法是对BOPP薄膜表面进行功能化改性、拓展其应用领域的重要手段。水性涂料由于其安全和环保优势,在BOPP薄膜涂布产品中具有广阔的市场前景。该文从涂布设备和涂布产品等方面综述了BOPP薄膜水性涂布技术及产品应用进展。随着环保政策的落实和科技的进步,BOPP薄膜水性涂布产业的规模将会获得持续的增长。Functionalization of biaxial oriented polypropylene(BOPP)film is a key to increase the enterprise competitive force for BOPP manufacturers.Coating is a simple and effective method for high-performance and functionalization of BOPPfilm.With the advantage of safety and environmental protection,the application of waterborne coating is more widely used in industries.In this article,the BOPP waterborne coating technology,products and its application development were briefly introduced.With the implementation of environmental protection policy and the progress of science and technology,the industrial scale of waterborne coatingfilm of BOPP is expected to expand.
