脉动饮料联合和爽在门诊患者结肠镜检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨脉动饮料联合和爽(药名复方聚乙二醇电解质散,SF-PEG)的肠道准备方法在门诊结肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法纳入拟行结肠镜检查的患者76例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各38例。对照组患者在进行结肠镜检查前2个时间段,口服温开水稀释的和爽导泻剂2袋,2 h内饮完;观察组患者口服脉动饮料+温开水稀释的和爽导泻剂。比较2组患者开始服药至首次排便的时间、首次排便至末次排便的时间、不良反应发生情况、肠道清洁度。结果2组均顺利完成结肠镜检查。观察组的开始服药至首次排便时间、首次排便至末次排便时间、不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的肠道清洁度与对照组相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的口感满意明显高于对照组(84%VS 51%),观察组92%患者可以喝完导泻剂,服药依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用脉动饮料联合和爽的肠道准备方法在结肠镜检查中,具有肠道准备时间短、不良反应少、改变患者的味觉体验,提高服药依从性的优点。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mizone combined with Heshuang(polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder,SF-PEG)in intestinal preparation for outpatients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods Seventy-six patients undergoing morning colonoscopy were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each.Before the colonoscopy,the control group received 2 bags of Heshuang diluted with warm water in 2 hours,while the observation group a combination of Mizone and Heshuang diluted with warm water.The time between the start of medication-taking and the first bowel movement,that between the first and last defecation,adverse reactions during colonoscopy and intestinal cleanliness in the two groups were compared.Results Colonoscopy was completed successfully in both groups.Time from the start of medication-taking to first bowel movement,that between the first and last defecation,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly shorter and lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the intestinal cleanliness between the two groups(P>0.05).Taste satisfaction rate in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(84%VS 51%),and 92%of the patients in the observation group could finish drinking the laxative,indicating significantly higher medication compliance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Mizone and Heshuang in intestinal preparation during colonoscopy has the advantages of shorter intestinal preparation time,less adverse reactions,and better taste experience and medication compliance.
