摘　　要：采用“鱼骨刺”图分析了PVC生产中聚合釜满釜的原因,提出了相应的改进措施,包括加强操作人员培训、改造聚合釜分配台和充氮管线、制定出料不畅管控措施等,改造后满釜问题得到了有效控制。The reason for the polymerizer full filling accident in PVC production was analyzed by using fishbone chart,and corresponding improvement measures were proposed,including strengthening operator training,transforming the polymerizer distributor and nitrogen-filling pipe,and developing control measures for unobstructed discharge.After the transformation,the problem of full filling accident was effectively controlled.
