摘　　要：分析了盐酸脱吸装置运行中出现的问题,盐酸中杂质的循环富集造成盐酸深脱吸装置提浓塔再沸器堵塞。盐酸脱吸酸预过滤器装置的应用可有效缓解再沸器堵塞,延长了盐酸脱吸装置的使用寿命,提高环保装置的在线率。The problems encountered during the operation of the hydrochloric acid desorption device were analyzed.The cyclic enrichment of impurities in hydrochloric acid caused blockage in the reboiler of the concentrati on tower of the hydrochloric acid deep desorption device.The application of the acid pre filtering device could effectively alleviate the blockage of the reboiler,extend the service life of the hydrochloric acid desorption device,and improve the online rate of the environmental protection device.
