摘　　要：介绍了氯乙烯回收双层湿式气柜改造为单层湿式气柜的全过程,以及单层湿式气柜的运行效果。消除了双层气柜运行过程中导轮卡顿和氯乙烯泄漏等风险,避免了安全环保事故的发生。This article introduced the whole process of transforming a dual layer wet gas holder into a single layer wet gas holder for recovered vinyl chloride,as well as the operational effectiveness of the single layer wet gas holder.The risks of guide wheel jamming and vinyl chloride leakage during the operation of the dual layer gas holder were eliminated,and the occurrence of safety and environmental accidents was avoided.
