摘 要:贫油燃烧是先进低排放航空发动机燃烧组织方式之一,但是会带来吹熄的问题.本研究针对不同热功率下RP-3航空煤油旋流喷雾火焰开展了激光诊断研究,进行了OH/Kerosene-PLIF同步测量以及OH-PLIF/CH^(*)自发光同步测量,阐述了喷雾燃烧稀燃吹熄机制.研究表明,不同热功率下吹熄极限几乎一致,并且近吹熄工况下火焰结构相似.在近吹熄条件下,一方面燃烧室下游的冷空气回流至内回流区,造成内回流区温度降低,另一方面燃油蒸发造成火焰根部的不稳定,两者相互作用导致了火焰的局部熄火,乃至整体吹熄.Lean fuel combustion is one of the combustion organization modes of advanced low-emission aeroengine,but it tends to cause the problem of blow-out.In this study,laser diagnosis research was carried out for RP-3 aviation kerosene swirling spray flame under different thermal powers.The synchronous measurement of OH/Kerosene-PLIF and OH-PLIF/CH^(*)chemiluminescence was carried out,and the mechanism of spray lean blow-out was described.The results show that the blow-out limit is almost the same under different thermal powers,and the flame structure is similar under near-blow-out conditions.Under near-blow-out conditions,on the one hand,the cold air at the downstream of the combustion chamber flows back to the inner recirculation zone,resulting in the temperature reduction of the inner recirculation zone,and on the other hand,the fuel evaporation causes the instability of the flame root.The interaction of the two causes the partial and even overall blow-out of the flame.
