摘  要:针对气态燃料-低排放塔式同轴分级燃烧室,采用数值模拟的方法探究该分级旋流器的旋流角度、叶间流道斜径向角度和轮毂展向角度对燃烧流场结构和燃烧室性能的影响规律.与主燃1级旋流角相比,总压损失和两级流量分配比例受到主燃2级旋流角的影响更大.而燃烧效率、混合均匀性指数和排放性能在本文所选范围内受到旋流角度的影响相对有限.叶间流道斜径向和轮毂展向角的改变对燃烧室总压损失和回流区形态的影响比较显著.在轮毂展相角增加至30°以上时,NO_(x)和CO排放量的增幅明显.轮毂展向角的增加会使回流区宽度略有增加,但涡心位置会显著向下游移动.在保证燃烧性能的前提下,选择更低的旋流角度和更大的轮毂展向角能够进一步降低燃烧室的流动损失.Aiming at low emission tower-type coaxial-staged combustor for gaseous fuel,the influence of cyclone angle,oblique radial angle and hub spanwise angle on combustion flow field structure and combustor per-formance was investigated by numerical simulation.The total pressure loss and flow distribution ratio of the two stages are more affected by the swirl angle of the second main-stage than by that of the first main-stage.However,the effects of swirl angle on combustion efficiency,mixing uniformity index and emission performance are relatively limited.The change of oblique radial angle and hub spanwise angle has a significant effect on the total pres-sure loss of the combustor and the shape of the return zone.When the hub spanwise angle increases beyond 30°,NO_(x) and CO emissions increase significantly.With the increase of hub spanwise angle,the width of reflux area increases slightly,but the vortex center moves downstream significantly.On the premise of ensuring combustion performance,the pressure loss of the combustion chamber can be further reduced by choosing a smaller swirl angle and a larger hub spanwise angle.
