摘 要:为了提高柞蚕繁育制种的产量,将常规柞蚕制种过程中母蛾的产卵时间由24 h延长至3 d,调查对产卵量及孵化率的影响。结果表明,柞蚕母蛾3 d内产卵的数量较常规的24 h产卵增加约15%,且蚕卵的孵化率没有受到影响,由此使得制种量明显提高。初步的试验结果提示:在柞蚕大批量制种的生产中,每只母蛾的产卵时间可以延长至3 d左右。To increase the yield of seed production in silkworm breeding,the laying time of female moths during conventional silkworm seed production was extended from 24 hours to 3 days,and the impact on the number of eggs laid and the hatching rate was investigated.The results showed that the number of eggs laid by silkworm female moths within 3 days increased by approximately 15%,and the hatching rate was not affected,resulting in a significant increase in seed production.The preliminary experimental results suggest that in large-scale seed production of silkworms,the laying time of each female moth can be extended to around 3 days.
