“双创”背景下基于OBE理念的《纤维复合材料》课程教学改革探讨

摘　　要：“大众创业、万众创新”的“双创”战略已融入众多高校课程教学改革之中。本文分析了“双创”背景下纺织工程专业选修课程《纤维复合材料》在教学中存在的问题,基于Outcome based education(OBE)理念,对该课程教学模式、教学内容等方面的改革措施进行了探讨,提出:采用“多元立体”教学形式,构建“学科交叉”知识体系,推行“产出导向”教学模式,确立“理论与实践相结合”培养思路。希冀这些改革措施能在培养满足行业需求的专业技术人才,提高本科生教育质量和推动毕业生就业创业中发挥作用。With the continuous promotion of the“Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”strategy,its corresponding education concept has been widely accepted,and has become a guideline for the curriculum reform in many universities.This article analyzed the problems existing in the teaching status of Fiber Composites,which is an elective course for the textile engineering major.Under the background of“Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”,the reform measures on the teaching mode and teaching content for this course were discussed based on OBE(outcome based education)concept.Multi-dimensional teaching methods,interdisciplinary knowledge systems and outcome-based teaching modes were proposed.The cultivation idea of combining theory with practice is clarified.This article aims to provide guidance and reference for training professional and technical personnel in line with the needs of modern industry,thereby improving the quality of undergraduate education and promoting the graduates’employment or entrepreneurship.
