一种醋酸氯己定洗手抑菌液的抑菌效果及安全性评价

摘　　要：开发了一种含有醋酸氯己定的洗手抑菌液,并对其进行安全性评价。通过理化指标的测试、毒理、微生物的抑菌效果的测试,研究评价该洗手抑菌液的相关性能。结果表明,该洗手抑菌液以醋酸氯己定为主要有效抑菌成分,并复配表面活性剂、稳泡剂等。该洗手抑菌液原液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌菌悬液分别作用2 min、5 min、10 min、20 min,其抑菌率均大于99.9%,各项指标和性能均符合预期要求。A hand sanitizer containing chlorhexidine acetate was developed and its safety was evaluated.Through the test of physical and chemical indicators,toxicology and microbial antibacterial effect,the related performance of the hand sanitizer was studied and evaluated.The results showed that the hand disinfectant was composed of chlorhexidine acetate as the main effective antibacterial component,surfactant and foam stabilizer.The antibacterial rate of the original liquid of the hand washing bacteriostatic liquid was more than 99.9%when it was treated with Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans suspension for 2 min,5 min,10 min and 20 min,respectively.All indicators and performance met the expected requirements.
