摘 要:以河南省为研究对象,结合前人的研究成果,利用“自下而上”法,从旅游交通、旅游住宿和旅游活动三个方面测算了河南省2002—2019年旅游业碳排放量,然后基于Tapio脱钩指数分析法构建河南省旅游业碳排放脱钩指数模型,对2002—2019年的旅游业碳排放与行业经济增长之间的脱钩状态进行测度分析,最后提出促进河南省节能减排和旅游业健康发展的对策建议。研究表明,2002—2019年河南省旅游业碳排放除了2003年为弱负脱钩、2008年为增长连接、2013年为强脱钩、2014年为扩张性脱钩状态,其余年份均为弱脱钩状态。Taking Henan Province as the research object and combining the previous research results,the carbon emissions of tourism industry in Henan Province from 2002 to 2019 were measured by using the“bottom-up”method in three aspects:tourism traffic,tourism accommo-dation and tourism activities,and then a decoupling index model was constructed based on the Tapio decoupling index analysis.The decoupling status between carbon emissions of tourism and economic growth of the industry from 2002 to 2019 was measured and analyzed,and finally countermeasure is put forward to promote energy conservation and emission reduction and healthy development of tourism in Henan Province are proposed.The study shows that the carbon emissions of tourism industry in Henan Province from 2002 to 2019 are weakly decoupled except for the weak negative decoupling in 2003,the growth connection in 2008,the strong decoupling in 2013,and the expansive decoupling state in 2014.
