欠发达地区的数字经济行业就业贡献度测算——基于投入占用产出模型

摘　　要：基于2017年云南省竞争型投入产出表中相关数据,运用投入占用产出技术,测度了云南省数字经济行业对社会就业的贡献情况。结果表明,云南省数字经济行业通过直接和间接的方式带动各行业就业,产生不同的拉动和推动效应,并且数字经济行业发展能在较大程度上促进女性就业。为此,建议加大对数字经济行业的财税扶持力度,鼓励跨行业协同交流合作,同时加强数字经济行业对于女性人才的培养和吸纳,提高女性科技人员的技能水平。Based on the relevant data in the competitive input-output table of Yunnan Province in 2017,the contribution of digital economy industry to social employment in Yunnan Province was measured by using input-occupied output technology.The results show that the digital economy industry in Yunnan province drives the employment of various industries through direct and indirect ways,producing different pulling and promoting effects,and the development of digital economy industry can promote female employment to a greater extent.To this end,it is proposed that the relevant government should increase the financial and tax support for the digital economy industry,encourage cross-industry collaborative exchanges and cooperation,and strengthen the training and absorption of female talents in the digital economy industry to improve the skill level of female scientific and technological personnel.
