摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下鼻胃肠管置入在ICU患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年6月于贺州市人民医院ICU收治的行鼻胃肠管置入患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采取盲插鼻胃肠管置入,研究组采用超声引导下鼻肠管置入。比较两组置管情况、置管前后营养指标、并发症发生率。结果:研究组一次置管成功率高于对照组,置管时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);置管后,研究组血清血红蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。结论:超声引导下鼻肠管置管置入能够改善ICU患者营养指标,安全性较高,并发症发生率低,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate effect of ultrasound-guided Nasogastric feeding tube(NG tube)placement in ICU patients.Methods:80 patients with NG tube placement admitted to the ICU of Hezhou People's Hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were se⁃lected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and a study group of 40 cases each by using the method of random⁃ized numerical table.The control group was blindly inserted with NG tube placement,while the study group was placed with ultra⁃sound-guided NG placement.The two groups were compared in terms of tube placement,nutritional indexes before and after tube placement,and complication rates.Results:The success rate of one-time tube placement in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the time of tube placement was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after tube placement,the serum hemoglobin,albumin,and prealbumin levels of the study group were better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P=0.010).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided nasogastric tube placement can improve the nutritional indexes of ICU patients with high safety and low complication rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
