中药浸泡治疗多发性跖疣的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药浸泡治疗多发性跖疣的临床效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年12月山东菏泽市立医院收治的多发性跖疣患者200例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采取液氮冷冻治疗,观察组行自拟中药浸泡治疗。比较两组皮损情况、自觉症状评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组皮损情况、自觉症状评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。结论:中药浸泡治疗多发性跖疣的效果显著,可有效改善患者皮损情况与自觉症状,且无创伤,不影响其日常生活质量,具有推广价值。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine immersion in the treatment of multiple plantar warts.Methods:200 patients with multiple verruca plantaris admitted to Heze Municipal Hospital in Shandong from July 2020 to Decem⁃ber 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each with 100 cases.The control group was treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy,and the observation group was treated with self-proposed TCM herbal foot bath.The two groups were compared in terms of skin le⁃sions,conscious symptom scores and clinical efficacy.Results:After treatment,the skin lesions and conscious symptom scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically signif⁃icant difference(P=0.027).Conclusion:The effect of TCM herbal foot bath for multiple plantar warts is remarkable,which can ef⁃fectively better the skin lesions and of complaint the patients.It is a non-invasive therapy and safe.
