摘　　要：目的:分析颊针疗法在髋部骨折手术麻醉过程中的镇痛效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年10月溧阳市中医医院收治的髋部骨折患者80例为研究对象,采用随机摸球的方式分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组患者接受椎管内麻醉,对照组于体位摆放前予以羟考酮2 mg静脉注射,观察组在对照组基础上采用颊针疗法。两组患者于入室前(T0)、体位摆放前(T_(1))及体位摆放后1 min(T_(2))、体位摆放后10 min(T_(3))评定疼痛程度,比较两组患者麻醉效果及不良反应发生率。结果:T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)时,两组患者疼痛评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组镇痛起效时间、体位摆放时间、感觉消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:颊针疗法在髋部骨折手术麻醉过程中的镇痛效果显著,可以减轻患者体位摆放时的疼痛感,提高麻醉效果,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the analgesic effect of buccal needle therapy in the anesthesia of hip fracture surgery.Methods:A total of eighty patients with hip fracture admitted to Liyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to Octo⁃ber 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty cases in each group.The two groups received intravertebral anesthesia,the control group was given 2 mg oxycodone intravenously before placement,and the observation group received buccal needle therapy on the basis of the control group.The pain degree of the two groups was assessed before entry(T0),before placement(T_(1)),1 min after placement(T_(2))and 10 min after placement(T_(3)),and the anesthetic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:At T_(1),T_(2) and T_(3),pain scores of both groups were decreased,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The analgesic onset time,posture placement time and sensation disappearance time in the observation group were short⁃er than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Buccal needle therapy has a significant analgesic effect in the anesthesia process of hip fracture surgery,which can reduce the pain of the patient's posture,improve the anesthetic effect,and have high safety.
